移除遙測目的地工作區
DELETE/v1/organizations/telemetry_destinations/{destination_id}/workspaces/{workspace_id}
從目的地的工作區清單中移除一個工作區。
在 include 模式下，該工作區的 span 會停止傳送至目的地；在 exclude 模式下，則會開始傳送。已封存的工作區也可以移除。
當工作區不在清單中時，API 會傳回 404。workspaces.type 為 all 的目的地沒有清單，因此 API 會傳回 400。
