Establecer límites de velocidad del espacio de trabajo

POST/v1/organizations/workspaces/{workspace_id}/rate_limits/{rate_limit_id}

Establece o borra las anulaciones de límites de velocidad para un grupo de límites de velocidad en un espacio de trabajo.

Solo cambian los tipos de limitador nombrados en limits: un value entero establece la anulación de ese tipo y null la borra. Los tipos no nombrados conservan su valor actual. Un valor superior al límite propio de la organización se almacena, pero el límite de la organización sigue aplicándose, por lo que se aplica el menor de los dos.

Devuelve la entrada del grupo objetivo con esta solicitud aplicada, con la misma forma que devuelve GET /v1/organizations/workspaces/{workspace_id}/rate_limits. Los cambios surten efecto en aproximadamente una hora.
