RBACグループを更新

POST/v1/organizations/rbac_groups/{rbac_group_id}

RBACグループの名前を更新します。テナント内の組織がSCIMプロビジョニングを使用している間は、IDプロバイダーによってプロビジョニングされたグループ（ソースタイプ "scim"）をAPIで変更することはできません。

RBAC Groups APIはClaude Enterprise組織でのみ利用できます。
